From July 26 to August 11, Paris will undergo a significant transformation as it hosts the Olympic Games.
To accommodate the surge of athletes, fans, spectators, and support staff, safety perimeters will be implemented around the 25 competition venues across the region.
Paris officials aim to safeguard everyone while ensuring that social, economic, and cultural activities proceed smoothly. The safety measures will include red and blue perimeters that will be established 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to the first event of each day and will remain in effect until 1 hour after the last event concludes.
This strategic layered security approach will enhance safety and allow the city to showcase its vibrant spirit during the prestigious international event.
